Overview
Inspired by Her Majesty's deep concern for the wellbeing of vulnerable individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Secretariat advances key reforms to strengthen Bhutan's mental health system.
The PEMA Secretariat is dedicated to building a society that supports and uplifts the mental wellbeing of all Bhutanese.
Nyingnor has helped The PEMA Secretariat to produce content and events related to mental health care in Bhutan. We helped them organise the 2nd PEMA Symposium in November 2024 and the 3rd PEMA Symposium in October 2025.
